1. Advisory Nature and Service Scope
HK License provides specialized consultancy assisting overseas financial entities in navigating Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) licensing. Diagnostic tools, regulatory intelligence publications, and 20-minute preliminary review calls provide administrative procedural orientation and do not constitute formal legal opinions.
2. SFC Statutory Discretion & No Approval Guarantee
Pursuant to Hong Kong financial regulations, the statutory authority to approve or refuse licensed corporations and responsible officers rests solely with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). While HK License prepares filings to the highest institutional rigor, we do not and cannot guarantee approval outcomes or statutory processing intervals.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All publications, comparative regulatory frameworks, FRR liquid capital matrices, and diagnostic calculators on this website are the intellectual property of HK License. Reproduction or commercial syndication without prior written permission is prohibited.
